Not much longer now

The driveway, walkway to the front door and back patio have been laid down, cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms installed and painter guys have started working. Doesn't look like it'll be too much longer now, and everything seems to be moving along nicely. Now if only I could get someone to let me know when they expect the house to be finished so I can give the 60 days notice on my apartment and let the appraiser guy know when to check out the place!

I get that the room above the garage is the FROG room. Kindly tell me what FROG stands for?

FROG = Finished Room Over Garage

I've never encountered them before until moving down to SC. They're apparently quite popular, and people here think finding a house with one is a big deal.

I think the FROG is called 'bonus room' everywhere else! Hope everything w/ the move continues to go smoothly!

Wow, shades of Happy Days I remember Fonzie living up above the garage. I still think it is weird to have a room up there. I mean thats where you keep all the old car parts!
Of course I am from a family that uses the garage as an actual garage. In fact I don't think you can call it a garage unless you can walk in and your nose is suddenly filled with the smell of turpentine, wood shavings, and gasoline. I would not want to live somewhere you would have those smells wafting up into your room.
However, you have not told us where the vomitorium is going to be. You know, the room that you can roll your drunk friends into, where the pizza and vomit stains on the floor are considered part of the ambiance.

And what about the whore closet? You have to ask pTom and Leanne about that room! although I do believe that pJoe was responsible for naming that one.
